Join us for another whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) pitch-in on Sunday, October 20! A WFPB diet promotes good health. Please bring a dish for the pitch-in that is free from all animal products (100% vegan) and contains no oil. Some salt and sweetener is fine. Please also bring a copy of your recipe or a list of the ingredients used in your dish.

Because this Meetup is 100% vegan, all dishes should contain NO animals or animal products (no honey, no dairy, no eggs, no gelatin, no animals, no animal byproducts).

Are you interested in attending, but aren’t sure what to bring to a WFPB, no-oil Meetup? Just bring yourself and we will share food and ideas with you! But don’t forget to RSVP that you are going, so we know how many people to expect.
