Sacred Energy’s Meditation and Energy Lab engages a variety of techniques including visualization, mindfulness, lightwork, reiki energy, mudras, mantras, shamanic postures, journal work, artwork and / or work with essential oils or stones. Every week is different.
Lab always includes a brief check in to open and check out at the end. Building community is part of soul work!
