On September 27 & 28, 2019,

Good People Good Times Music Festival will be held at none other than the original stomping grounds it was founded on in 2011: Explore Brown County in Nashville, Indiana. We have been, and will continue to be, working tirelessly on every last detail in order to improve the festival while keeping the long-standing GPGT vision of spreading music and art at the forefront. Doing this ensures we provide the best possible production (and time!) for our attendees. This festival will bring together musicians, artists, vendors, and performing artists to manifest the beauty that is inspiring others through these arts. Collectively sharing talents and visions is what we hope to achieve together as a community in September 2019, along with every past GPGT. We hope you join us in all the magic that is:

Andromeda will be held at eXplore Brown County at Valley Branch Retreat OCTOBER 26-27, 2018.
Sign up to volunteer, vend & get an rv pass!

We’d like to introduce to you ANDROMEDA. Andromeda is the most distant object in the sky that you can see with your unaided eye and reminds us all to keep looking forward to our goals and aspirations, no matter how hard it might be to obtain them or the distance in between. Before Andromeda was placed as a constellation in the sky by Athena, to honor her, she was an Ethiopian princess, daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiopeia. Unfortunately, her mother was so vain that she thought her daughter to be more beautiful than the daughters of Nereus, a god of the sea, which angered the sea god Poseidon. Cetus, a sea monster was dispatched to destroy their kingdom. The queen and her husband thought the best thing to do would be to chain their daughter Andromeda to a rock as an offering to the sea monster. Andromeda escaped this fate, thanks to the intervention of Perseus.

Andromeda spiral galaxy located about 2.5 million light years away from Earth and
contains a concentrated bulge of matter in the middle, surrounded by a disk of gas,
dust, stars and an immense halo.
